Beautiful old-school hotel with old-school wonderful service. Great location with proximity to the train for trips to the city room with a view over the Long Island sound

Stayed at the Delamar for a business conference at my company's office nearby and it was good to get away from the monotonous chain hotels I spend my time on. Classic looking hotel but with the upkeep. The hotel is located right on the bay from Long Island sound and you can enjoy a nice meal with good weather on the patio of the restaurant in the hotel. Staff was friendly from start to finish. Nice touch to provide cold bottles of water at check-in and plenty of water bottles in the hotel room. The room was alright. Bed was a little too soft for my liking, but that's just my preference. Same with the pillows that were too soft and not firm. Still got a decent night sleep. Really nice robes in the room. Bathroom had a high bath tub so careful stepping out of the tub! Sink was long to put all your toiletries on.. Good hotel - would be happy to stay here again (it's on the pricier side but its a business expense!) and not some of the other options in the area towards Stamford.

Had a delightful oversight stay at Delamar! The staff were friendly and helpful. The property is beautifully maintained. The wine and cheese hour and breakfast choices were a really nice touch. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Delamare for a couples retrieve that was gifted to us as a gift. It was a delightful retreat that exceeded our expectations. Right from our initial call, communication was excellent. I had a few inquiries prior to our stay and the general manager Linda Faridi was super helpful and accommodated all of our needs. I can’t say enough great things about her. The location is amazing right in Greenwich Harbor and close to Greenwich Ave. Beautiful hotel that I highly recommend.

Gorgeous property on the water within easy walk to shops and dining on Greenwich Avenue. Good for business meetings & easy access to I95 & Metro north. Staff was super helpful & friendly
