The facility needs a good cleaning outside and rates are rather high for the type of hotel and the area.

When we walked into the lobby, there was no one at the front desk to greet us, and it said go to first door on the left. No one answered at the door was walking back to the front desk, and someone came out from the back asking if they could help us. When we booked the room There was nothing mentioned about the hotel being under renovation. But later we found out the prices were jacked up due to a Chris**as parade being in town. I think we were overcharged due to renovations and inconvenience. Light switches in the room did not work. Had loose wires under the AC unit. Not sure if they were live or not. On the website it says they had a pool which they did but it was not to be used Due to renovations. The bathroom did not even have a toilet paper holder due to renovations, toilet paper was on the back of the toilet.

The incidental charge at front desk after checking in. No final changes if all checks out. Why not inform the customer while making the reservation.

Total dump. Was not told it was completely under construction when booking room. When I arrived could not locate any staff member to check me in, when i finally did he was wearing sweat pants and a t shirt. Hotel manager is extremely rude, staff seemed annoyed as I walked down the hall while they vacuumed. All the hotel keys worked on all the rooms, I discussed this with other guests while there. I have been lied to repeatedly by the hotel manager about getting a refund. She is obviously a horrible manager and shouldn’t be in charge of picking up dog poo in a yard .
