I have never stayed in a hotel which is more confusing to navigate in my life, and I have stayed at more than 150 hotels. If you don't know exactly where you are in the hotel, you will get lost and you will become very frustrated, sad, angry and hopeless. You will immediately regret your decision to stay here. I regretted it the moment I pulled up and became lost. The only elevator I could find when I arrived was not working. Fortunately, maintenance got that fixed. Then it was an extremely long walk down a narrow corridor to my room. The thin air of Denver makes it far worse for fat slobs like me. There were no luggage carts in the lobby. I had to make four trips to unload my car. walking down those long, narrow corridors with a bunch of stuff which was very heavy. Whenever you book this hotel, the staff should send a detailed map to show you what the best place to park is and what's the best way to get to your room, or else you will find yourself questioning your sanity. The two-room suite was nice. Too bad I needed GPS to find it.
