Love the DTC Marriott. Clean and central to Greenwood Village. Huge lobby to gather, microwave area. Quiet and peaceful sleeping. Service was good and staff very helpful. Did not see the pool. 4th of July stay.

The fire alarm issue is no joke. The last night of my stay I was awoken to a fire alarm at 11pm and 3:30am. We had to completely evacuate to the parking lot and wait for the fire department to give us the all clear. It was stressful, concerning and impossible to sleep the rest of the night. The bathtub did not drain with the shower running. Overall this hotel needs a serious makeover. Someone needs to fix that fire alarm system. They all ended up being False alarms.

Not many 4 star options in the DTC, but this place is solid. Rooms are comfortable. This is second stay here and got access again to the M lounge again on the ground floor - very convenient for a quick breakfast or place to work. The main restaurant is spacious and has good food.

Great place to stay if you have business in the area. Better to stay closer to downtown if you are coming for vacation. Not fancy, but a big room with a sofa. Comfy beds. Friendly, helpful staff. Several good restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. Safe neighborhood.

The hotel was a very nice stay with pleasant staff, prompt attention to requests, and clean surroundings. Especially appreciated the assistance of Neal in the M Lounge - he was kind, courteous, and helpful to details. Would stay at this location with a future visit

Location excellent if working in Tech Center area. Hotel is older but renovated. Room was clean and good size. On-site restaurant was a good option for meals but also many restaurants nearby. Neal at the M Club Lounge was fantastic, very friendly and helpful as I spent a lot of time working in the lounge. Only negative for me was the room location, in the part of the hotel where we stayed the window is over an interior courtyard, so there was no natural light. Tried to move but no other rooms with exterior facing windows available. Would definitely stay here again though when traveling for business.
