Hotel was nice, however the customer service was horrible. I booked 3 rooms and each room was under my name however two of the rooms had another family members name so they could check in. When I called I was given a confirmed rate. Checking in was easy, however they charged my card twice. When asked about it they said it was a glitch and they could not do anything about it. Thankfully my bank was able to remove one of the charges. My air conditioner wasnt working at full capacity, the dining room was over rated and very expensive. We chose to eat somewhere else. When I checked out, my room rate was fine, one of the other room rates were over charged and instead of saying we will get it fixed, they demanded to see my email confirmations proving my rate for each room and night. They threw a big fit because they had to fix their mistake. The third room, well it was a nightmare. My email confirmation showed that room was staying an extra night and when I told them they had messed up again, they said the people in that room would have to come down before 11 and recharge their room key. When they went down to fix the key, the hotel threw another fit about fixing another mistake they made. Now all three of our cards are being charged for extra fees which we made no charges other than paying for the room. And dont get me started about the $20 parking fee. They even charged us for parking on our checkout day, we checked out at 7:00 am and still got charged $20 for a day that we wouldnt even be there. My suggestion is to get a printed copy of your receipt and double check it before you leave the hotel. We will not be staying at this hotel and not even another Hyatt. We travel a lot and had never had this type of experience.
