Hotels Near RTD - Arapahoe At Village Center Station in Greenwood Village

Stayed there for about three weeks. It was a consistent experience. Mostly good and consistent breakfast. Enough restaurants, stores at walking distance. Ample parking space. Nice staff. Lived upto expectations. In my preference list for long stays in Denver

Signboard is not well lighted. Breakfast should have more choice.

Everything is great nice and quiet no problems easy checking in and no checking out.one of the better hotels in this price range for stays. I don’t think you can get any better especially at this rate. And trip has the best rate around better than their website and bonus groups! Matthew

Money is tight and if it is value for money you are looking for, this is out. It is by far the best Motel 6 I ever stayed in, but it is a Motel6. The staff is great and trying really to keep this place in ship shape. Andrea and Sol went above and beyond to help us out. People do matter.

The hotel environment is beautiful, suitable for business trips, the rooms are relatively large, the health is ok, the restaurant is large, and the breakfast is rich in the morning. It is also close to the client's residence and the transportation is very convenient.

All was as expected at this level of hotel. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff were super friendly and available to assist if needed. Some if the clients were sketchy but that is everywhere these days. Lastly, if you are a dog owner pick up your dogs poop. How can you expect hotels to open up the door for you and your pup when you won't clean up after them, do you expect them to change your kids diapers too.

The hotel staff gave out my private information to random strangers where they asked if I was in fact staying there and what was my room number. This particular stranger asking about me was wearing plain clothes not a uniform, did not show a badge, only identified himself by his name, more importantly did not have a warrant. Information was given out. Without my permission. When I brought it up to management, they said it’s none of their business, they don’t care, that’s my problem, and I don’t have proof of the night attendant relaying it, etc. I said it is your business when you put out my confidential information to the public. I could file a civil lawsuit against extended stay America corporation if I wanted to as per the United States Supreme Court ruling in 2015, I have a reasonable expectation to privacy. Also, that could possibly put my life in danger when the general public asks. Another time, I inquired with the management about why I haven’t received housekeeping in 3 weeks going on 4 weeks. Management said they don’t have housekeepers. Management is tasked with the responsibility as per her job title of staffing her property accordingly. I continued to push back for someone to do it. I paid for it. It’s part of the rate. I already waited almost 4 weeks. Management yelled at me and said quote unquote “clean your own f****** room”. I couldn’t believe my ears. Never had that ever happened to me at any hotel brand including extended stay America. So I responded that I can’t pay you for the week unless you fulfill your responsibilities. The Management said I’ll have you removed out of the room from police. I said go ahead. I’ve been here for over 31 days. According to the law, That makes me a resident rather than just a guest. I have more legal protections now. The management called the police. The police arrived. The police knocked on the door. I didn’t answer as I don’t have to unless there’s a search warrant. The police left without further incident after literally only a minute. Because the police knew this was a civil issue not a criminal issue. When the management realized I wasn’t being removed, the management locked me out of my key card so I couldn’t get in my room. That’s against the law. After 31 days, lockouts are not permitted. Only an order by a judge of the court can order me removed. But either way, I paid for the week because I didn’t want to argue about this topic anymore. I didn’t receive my housekeeping until week 4 following the previous housekeeping date. At the previous housekeeping, it was a new housekeeper who joined the staff. And she didn’t speak fluent English. Spanish only. That morning, the housekeeper walked into my room without burst of knocks 3 times announcing themselves. The housekeeper literally walked right into my room without a heads up. Again law enforcement is not even even allowed to do that without a warrant. But the housekeeper walked in without forewarning. Overall great stay, easy parking, quick professional check in process, of course nice Hampton Rooms. Location is right near Arapahoe/Centennial Airport and a Walmart. Great breakfast spread, will stay here again. Special thank you to Issac!

All of the staff I encountered were polite, professional, and exactly the kind of employees I would hire if I owned or managed a hotel. IHG elite recognition as a Diamond Ambassador was very good, including a proactive upgrade to a suite. I was also given two bottles of water and offered a choice between points, a drink voucher, and breakfast. My suite was immaculately clean and well-appointed. The spacious gym featured several pieces of different late-model fitness equipment, including three or four treadmills. I really liked the market off to the side of the lobby. It had some Colorado-themed gifts, including shirts and postcards. That's nice as sometimes I forget to buy a souvenir for friends and family. Very thoughtful. At night, there's a meager happy hours special that some guests will appreciate. The casual burger-themed restaurant has an okay menu. It wouldn't be my first choice for dinner (especially on an expense account) but the burgers and salads are fine if you're tired after a long day of work or travel. Breakfast is better than dinner with certain IHG elites getting a voucher good for an ala carte option from the menu. My eggs were perfectly cooked and presented. Instead of a single cup of lukewarm coffee, the lovely waitress gave me an insulated carafe full of freshly brewed coffee. At 6-something in the morning, that was really appreciated. All that was missing was a free newspaper, which was previously provided. Some copies of the Denver newspaper or Wall Street Journal would be nice. All things considered, I will return in the future.
