Se reservó con pago en el hotel y cobraron en la tarjeta de la reserva. No admitetieron la salida un día antes avisando con más de 48 horas de antelación, la factura es un incompleta y no hay manera de contactar con ellos por mail

L’accueil était inexistant et surtout on passe à la caisse immédiatement avec une demande d’identité.
Avec des températures de 32 degrés à l’extérieur, nous n’avons pas eu de climatisation durant les 3 nuits et n’avons pas dormi accompagnés de moustiques!après réclamation le responsable a été incapable de gérer la situation voir de s’excuser , sans nous répondre et nous a laissé sans proposition de remplacement.
Sur les 2 ascenseurs 1 était hors service et nous étions au 4ème étage.
Très déçus de notre séjour.
Je ne recommande pas cette adresse.

Bruyant car simple vitrage avec passages de tramways, circulation. Pas de salle de sport comme annoncé dans l'annonce. Télevision qui ne marche pas.
Parking en supplément: pas de possibilité de se garer dans les rues.
