Good place to stay during your holidays. Studio is good a little beat small but with all you need to stay in an Independence way. I mean to cook your own food if you don't want go out. Beds are really comfortable and bathroom is big and cleaned.Breakfast was wonderful and quality. The staff is friendly and helpful.
I missed Spanish or English channels on TV.

The hotel has great facilities. Although the hotel needs some minor renovations and work, the hotel rooms have everything you need and are comfortable.

Résidence située dans un quartier calme, proche de l’hypercentre. Magasins juste à côté. Il n’y a pas de parking mais on a toujours trouvé facilement de la place dans les rues juste à côté (peut-être parce que c’était la semaine entre Noël et Nouvel An ?)
Ce n’est pas un hôtel mais une résidence, et il n’y a pas de service d’entretien si vous restez moins de 6 nuits. Il vous faudra acheter des articles de toilette car il y a seulement 1 mini flacon de gel douche offert le 1er jour (pour 4 personnes et 5 nuits c’est un peu juste…). Pareil pour le papier WC, il vous faudra en acheter si vous restez plusieurs nuits.
L’appartement est suffisamment grand pour 4 (il y a 2 pièces pour dormir), mais la SDB est toute petite. L’état général est moyen, les murs sont abîmés, tout ça mériterait un rafraîchissement. Certain endroits étaient un peu sales à notre arrivée: traces oranges sur le rebord de la baignoire, plaque de cuisson poisseuse.
Nos enfants dormaient à 2 dans un canapé-lit sur lequel une couette 1 personne avait été mise dans une housse de couette 2 personnes…Et pas de couverture supplémentaire qui leur aurait permis d’être totalement couverts.
Tous les oreillers étaient très plats et pas confortables.
Personnel sympathique dans l’ensemble, surtout la dame du petit-déjeuner ; très gentille et souriante !
Petit-déjeuner assez varié et de qualité correcte. Pensez à réserver d’un jour à l’autre.

The staffs were very polite and professional. The area was peaceful and quite no matter what time of the day. Cleaning was exceptional. All questions answered. Views outside of window was fantastic. Excellent for both adult and children as there are parks nearby. Shops were accessible.
Overall, excellent customer service as well as my stay at the Residhome.
One thing to improve - if they could provide more pots in different sizes (more than 2) as well as lids that suit the pot to make cooking variability more better.
