Hôtel très bien situé, chambre moderne, spacieuse et bien équipée, personnel à l'accueil très sympathique.
Deux gros bémols cependant : la douche est un filet d'eau et j'ai dû remplir plusieurs fois une bouteille pour me laver les cheveux. Et réveillée vers 4h30 par les livraisons et déchargements qui ont duré jusqu'à 6h du matin environ... Dommage.

Buon hotel in pieno centro storico quindi comodissimo Abbastanza spartano ma pulito e poi per poche notti va più che bene. Personale molto gentile Inoltre possibile parcheggio a pagamento ma inevitabile soprattutto in moto Consigliato

Accueil situé au 3ème étage : super quand l'ascenseur est en panne et qu'il faut se taper les escaliers avec ses bagages ! Et ce n'était hélas pas la première fois. Température très très fraîche dans la salle pour le petit-déjeuner. La moitié de l'éclairage de la chambre HS. Seuls vrais atouts de cet hôtel : sa localisation et son personnel. Ce qui ne suffira pas pour que j'y retourne un jour.

Hôtel bien placé, parking serré mais à le mérite d’avoir un parking.
Hôtel pas très bien disposé, il faut changer d’ascenseur pour sortir et monter aux chambres ou au parking.
Chambres pas très bien isolées.

Wie immer in Ibis Hotels war ich zufrieden. Das Zimmer und das Frühstücksbuffet waren OK. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Die Rezeption war freundlich. Es gibt eine Garage. Falls kein Platz in der Garage frei ist, befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Hotelgarage auch eine öffentliche Parkgarage.

This is a budget hotel so our expectations weren’t very high, however I have stayed in much better budget hotels. I’ve no idea how this one has 3 stars. The room was very shabby and definitely not soundproof as described on the website. There was a chunk missing from the bottom of the door! The room also had an unpleasant musty smell. There was an error with our booking and we had one less bed than I had booked, so I had to share a bed with my daughter which was very annoying, but the hotel was full so there was nothing they could do about it. There was also an error when we checked out and they tried to charge us for one of the rooms twice, despite us showing proof of payment. Positives? The beds were clean and comfortable and it was in a convenient central location. Would we stay again though? No.

J'avais effectué ma reservation sur le site dimanche, et en arrivant on a pas retrouvé la reservation de ma chambre alors que celle de ma collégue a été retrouvé. Ca commencé mal, par la suite j'ai eu une chambre assez détérioré, porte rafistolé, porte de salle de bain en mauvaise état (voir photo). Première fois que j'ai une chambre à IBIS dans un état pareil. Très décu de mon séjour à Ibis Centre Bastille.
