Good hotel in the historic center so very comfortable. Quite basic but clean and for a few nights it's more than fine. Very friendly staff. Also possible paid parking but unavoidable especially on motorbikes. Recommended

Reception located on the 3rd floor: great when the elevator is broken and you have to climb the stairs with your luggage! And unfortunately it wasn't the first time. Very very cool temperature in the breakfast room. Half of the bedroom lighting is out of order. The only real assets of this hotel: its location and its staff. Which won't be enough for me to go back there one day.

Well located hotel, tight parking but deserves to have parking.
Hotel not very well laid out, you have to change elevators to exit and go up to the rooms or the parking lot.

As always in Ibis hotels, I was satisfied. The room and the breakfast buffet were OK. The location is very central. The reception was friendly. There is a garage. If there is no space in the garage, there is also a public parking garage very close to the hotel garage.

This is a budget hotel so our expectations weren’t very high, however I have stayed in much better budget hotels. I’ve no idea how this one has 3 stars. The room was very shabby and definitely not soundproof as described on the website. There was a chunk missing from the bottom of the door! The room also had an unpleasant musty smell. There was an error with our booking and we had one less bed than I had booked, so I had to share a bed with my daughter which was very annoying, but the hotel was full so there was nothing they could do about it. There was also an error when we checked out and they tried to charge us for one of the rooms twice, despite us showing proof of payment. Positives? The beds were clean and comfortable and it was in a convenient central location. Would we stay again though? No.

I had made my reservation on the site on Sunday, and when I arrived we could not find my room reservation while that of my colleague was found. It started off badly, subsequently I had a rather deteriorated room, door patched up, bathroom door in poor condition (see photo). First time I have had a room at IBIS in such a state. Very disappointed with my stay at Ibis Center Bastille.

Parking was too complicated and off-site. Elevator sometimes did not work. Only one outlet for electronic devices in the room. Terrible view onto a back alley from the only window in the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone other than a traveling student.
