Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre, accueil chaleureux, mais décoration datant de trop longtemps, la salle de bains est vieillissante et pas très aisé d’enjamber la baignoire, une douche à l’italienne serait plus adaptée à notre époque . Un rafraîchissement serait plus que souhaitable!

Personnel très accueillant. Chambre cosy et confortable. La chambre et les sanitaires étaient très propres. Idéalement situé dans l'hyper centre de Grenoble face à la belle place Victor Hugo. Je recommande cet hôtel très charmant.

Comfortable large room overlooking Place Hugo, well located close to tram and city centre. Friendly helpful staff. It seems 3 floors are renovated and the remainder is in progress. Only downside is lack of fridge and coffee making equip.

Hyper centre ok. Accueil chaleureux et souriant ok. Tarif hors de prix !!! 148e pour une nuit 1 personne ( sans petit déjeuner) Hôtel plus au goût du jour. La décoration et d’un autre temps. Sanitaire et salle de bain dans un placard : Difficile de prendre une douche correctement entre deux filets bouchés sur le pommeau. Hygiène limite. Dommage car idéalement situé dans une ville jeune et dynamique . Un rafraîchissement à prévoir pour conserver des tarifs si haut. Bon courage pour la suite…..

Chambre 112, un bruit sourd continu qui empêche de dormir. Nuit blanche dans un hôtel, c'est rarissime et très peu plaisant . Apparemment les pompes à chaleur de la cour extérieure. A confirmer. En tout cas un problème à régler de toute urgence. Le personnel a bien réagit en me proposant une autre chambre la nuit suivante.

Posizione centralissima comodo per raggiungere la zona pedonale a solo 10 minuti di passeggiata. Ci siamo fermati per una sola notte rientrando in Italia. Personale molto gentile alla reception, ma la struttura mostra i segni dell'età. Nonostante la biancheria pulita la trascuratezza della struttura influenza il giudizio. La pulizia è in linea con le strutture francesi a pari stelle.

The location is perfecr as it is on central square and on tram lines. The staff were very friendly and helpful whilst the continental breakfast was very good both in quality and value. Rooms clean and simpe. A lovely stay

Albergo centralissimo adatto per una sosta breve. Stanze e bagni completamente da rifare. Personale cortese e pulizia ok. Parcheggio distante 5 minuti e non di proprietà dell albergo. Consigliato se non di hanno troppe pretese........

The hotel was used for one night stay and in that way quite ok. Staff is helpful, but the hotel seems to need a refresh of the rooms. They are old, but clean- and that is the most important thing -also for 1 night stays. However; With a pedestrian area around it- we were not able to find the correct driveway to the entrance so we broke some rules( and were seen by the police- but no fees ). They must inform about this on their Net pages - at least tell about the nearest Parking garage - and how to walk from there to the hotel( approx 300 meters.). So the location in the middle of the city is superb - but hard to reach by car.
