酒店就在格勒諾布爾火車站西側，火車站出站可以直接走過去，幾分鐘就能走到。房間窗外可以看到山，很有意思。

Worst customer service I ever experienced before, since there was no staff available at all at the hotel (while I travel a lot)!!! Arriving at a closed door, a text stuck to the window told us to call a number of a service desk to check in. The person at the phone, opened the door for us , explaining that are keys are available on the Frontdesk. The room was clean but the airconditioning didn't really work ( a lot of noise but no cooling). Since there was no staff available at the reception , you could not report the issue and forced us to sleep with the windows open, 'enjoying' the city sounds of the night! The pre-fixed breakfast plate was awaiting us in a cooler but was poor of content. A coffee machine was available but we had to figure out how to empty the coffee deposit box in order to enjoy a cup of coffee (and no instructions available). A message to the Hotel: If you do not wish to pay your staff (due to COVID?), I recommend to close your hotel and don't expect your customers to take over their duties. This is very harmfull for your reputation, if any left!!!!

Clim en panne, scotch pour faire tenir la moquette de la salle de bain... Reception inexistante, pdj médiocre. Le covid n'a pas aidé semble-il, mais bien îetre excuse Bref hotel fatigué, non recommandé

A great location, approx. 5mn from the train station. The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff was welcoming and guided us throughout the whole process successfully. « Le Quai 69 » was a nice experience, the food served there was of the standards we expected. Breakfast was also on point. Overall, a pleasant stay and we would recommend this address to anyone staying in Grenoble.

Ottima la stanza e il parcheggio. Non altrettanto la colazione: era povera e poco gradevole. L'accoglienza è stata buona. La stanza nel complesso era gradevole, degna di una suite per un tre stelle. Unico aspetto negativo la colazione.

decent, basic, excellent response, sheltered garage, extrordinary staff, off area, a town transmogrified, the Novotel hard to read option, a town that is torn like King John. We had no breakfast, our travelling was swift

Séjour d’une nuit pour raison professionnelle. Proximité immédiate de la gare et du tramway mais calme. Chambre 400. Tout ce qu’on peut souhaiter, un bon accueil, une chambre dotée d’une bonne literie, une salle d’eau et des sanitaires très propres, douche spacieuse compte-tenu de mon gabarit. Salle de restauration et petit déjeuner agréables, personnel attentif.
