Der Empfang war super. Hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Unser Doppelzimmer war sauber. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war gut.

Das Empfangs-Personal war sehr nett, zuvorkommend und kompetent. Das Frühstücks-Buffet war prima. Das Wasser im Bad (Dusche und Waschbecken) war während unseres ganzen Aufenthaltes eiskalt. Meine Frau hat nach der Abreise zu Hause geduscht und sich die Haare gewaschen. Mit der Schlüssel-Karte gab es bei der Anreise sowie bei der Abreise nach dem Frühstück mehrfach Probleme. Wir mußten mehrfach von der 3. Etage wieder zum Empfang um die Schlüsselkarte bearbeiten zu lassen oder uns eine neue Karte ausstellen zu lassen. Am Sonntag Morgen gegen 8.00 Uhr wurden wir von einer der Putzfrauen geweckt, die plötzlich mit einer eigenen Schlüsselkarte bei uns im Hotelzimmer stand und sich dann entschuldigte. Unser Fazit: das sind insgesamt zu viele Kritikpunkte bzw. Reklamationen. Aufgrund dieser Vorkommnisse erwarten wir von der Leitung des Hotels eine angemessene und faire Teil-Rückerstattung des Übernachtungs- Preises.

This property has no atmosphere. The staff, while not unfriendly, certainly don't make you feel welcome. When this was the Montanus Hof Hotel it was several levels above. The breakfast is a very basic buffet, and I never saw anyone having a drink at the bar. Convenience for the shops and for work is the only reason I continue to se it

Insgesamt eine gute Unterkunft. Wir hatten ein Familienappartement mit zwei getrennten Schlafräumen für 4 Personen gebucht. Leider war die Temperatur im Zimmer (bei ca. 30 Grad Außentemperatur) etwas hoch und nicht ganz angenehm zum Schlafen.
