This is a beautiful hotel boutique with the best staff ever.
The views from the room are gorgeous and the nice little garden over the lake where the restaurant is located has such a nice view. The hotel has also access to the lake, in case you want to swim, when the weather is good.
The bus stop is right outside at the hotel and the ferry to go to Bellagio is walking distance.
The family who owns will make sure to make you feel at home. The breakfast and meals are good, authentic Italian home made food.

Accueil très sympathique en français. Proche de l’embarcadère pour Belagio, Varenne et ménagions. Nous avons dîner à l’auberge, cuisine familiale très bonne, ça change des pâtes et des pizzas.

Il fascino è quello di una vecchia locanda d'altri tempi. I gestori sono simpatici e accoglienti. Le stanze sono modeste, ma hanno tutto l'essenziale, compreso il bollitore. Sia la sala, sia lungo le scale, che nei ballatoi e nel corridoio, tanti oggetti particolari che ti fanno capire la personalità dei proprietari. La vista è molto bella. Speriamo che la nuova gestione non svilirà l'atmosfera.

This family run boutique hotel was like staying with friends. They helped us solve several travel problems and treated us like friends. Helpful, pleasant and informative. We had a very unique and exquisite dinner from their cucina and delicious morning breakfasts in their garden dining area on the lake front. I would highly recommend this comfortable and charming hotel.

Staff was outstanding. Family was warm, inviting, and accommodating. Location was ideal with wonderful views. Restaurant (breakfasts and dinner) were excellent. Highly recommended!

Die fantastische Lage und der traumhafte Blick über den See haben uns sehr begeistert. Es ist ein sehr persönlich, familiär geführtes Hotel, indem wir uns sehr wohlfühlen. Das Frühstück war reichlich und lecker. Das Abendessen ( Menü ) sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen. Der Chef kocht persönlich und sehr gut !
