My husband and I are state to state travelers. It was getting late and are ELD was running out of time. So we booked this room and it was nasty. Floors have not been mopped or sweeped the coffee maker in the room was just plan out nasty. The bath room toilet had mold inside the bowel. The TV was nasty dirty. But anyways beside the point the gentleman that checked us that night was very sweet and just full of smiles. The breakfast was really good. The housekeepers really need to step up there game on the Rooms. Get some training or something. Would we ever stay here again hopefully not. It all depends on are eld where we stop. Lol. But a Thank you to the gentleman that checked us in keep that smile and friendliness.

I work with lots of hotels, and this has been the best hotel and staff that I've ever dealt with. Pinky (front desk) is an absolute delight, and is always eager to help with my reservations. She's courteous, efficient and very insightful, which makes my job much easier . I've had nothing but wonderful experiences every time with Pinky and highly recommend this hotel!!
