Great place to be. Love the location, love the service and love the experience. Quiet, friendly, warm, relaxing hotel, free n secure parking, convenient location and reasonable price. One of the best choices in Canberra.

I stayed for two nights. On the morning of the second day, I placed all the used towels on the edge of the bathtub, expecting them to be replaced. I was quite surprised to return that evening and find the same used towels hung back on the shelves, with no fresh towels provided. Having travelled to many countries, I assumed it was common practice that towels placed together after use would be replaced. I was not convinced by the explanation that only towels left on the floor would be changed. While the staff were generally friendly and helpful, the housekeeping service was disappointing. The hotel is not new, and combined with the substandard housekeeping, it made it difficult to feel that the room was truly clean.

The customer service here is incredibly disappointing. After I realized I had mixed up my booking dates, the reception staff explicitly assured me I would not be charged for the error. However, they ended up charging my credit card twice. Despite their initial verbal agreement, they are now refusing to issue a refund. I have never encountered such unprofessional and incompetent service. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere

Very close to train station but not city centre. WIFI signal is strong in public area but not in room.

Very quiet place. Easy and free parking. coffee machine looks good but can not use. Good price.

Toilet flush takes too much time to refill. Its really inconvenient and need urgent attention.
