Very clean and comfortable room - well presented and spacious. Amazing shower! Welcoming and easy check-in and check-out process. Great central location to a huge range of restaurants and shopping. Undercover gated parking which was easy to find and use. Would recommend.

I would not like to stay here any more very dirty. Nothing was organised had no toilet paper. No bottles or cans of drink in the fridge. Floors were dirty. Bed was a fold up crappy bed. And also the staff was not nice The toilet seat was broken. The shower had leaked water and also would not stay up so you had to hang onto showerhead. Water would always go on floor making floor. Very slippery had no mats in shower could not use jug. Fire alarm would go off also there was a shower cap over fire alarm in bathroom.

Great motel in a great location. Friendly helpful staff. Had everything I needed. Clean, good facilities and convenient. I was travelling and had stayed at the Hilton in Adelaide the night before. I felt just as comfortable at the grand motel as I did at the Hilton

I am sorry I could not rate it better, would be higher if: windows, curtains and air conditioner were cleaned, carpet steam cleaned to get rid of stains, kettle cleaned out to get rid of brown/black residue - boil some white vinegar with water in kettle and rinse. Suggest get brown linen if can't whiten sheets and towels. Fan makes clacking noise or maybe the air conditioner. Very hot in hallways and bedroom when arrived.

My stay at the grand was nothing short of fantastic. The staff were so accomodating and welcoming. Great facilities, easily accessible to everything the town has to offer. Would recommend anyone going to Griffith to stay here. Thank you for having me the Grand, will be back again.
