Being a lifetime titanium marriott Bonvoy member, there is a basic standard that all marriott hotels should adhere. I was in Switzerland for my best friends wedding and booked two nights here, well in advance, for two nights after my glazier express journey. Further, I had emailed the hotel in advance about transportation enquiries. Nothing was said, except whilst I am at the wedding, a day before check in, I receive an obnoxious email, asking me to confirm my credit card with an ultimatum, by 8pm or risk my reservation being cancelled. When I enquired, distracted from my best friends wedding, Ms Caroline was abrupt and advised I failed to comply with booking terms. Excuse me, your hotel failed to comply with the booking operations, if a credit card was required, you should have emailed me 5 days ago, not last minute and then you don't issue ultimatums, clearly someone needs basic customer service training. Appalled and disgusted with her messages and will also lodge a complaint to the marriott group.

Très bel hôtel, cozy et chambre agréable, vue magnifique sur la vallée (chambre supérieure). Le personnel est accueillant, attentif et la cuisine excellente. Le spa est très sobre, petit mais ressourçant et fonctionnel,le sauna est chaud et les 2 jacuzzi très bien. J'aurais juste souhaité pouvoir en profiter davantage. Dommage que l'espace spa n'ouvre qu'à 14h.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel de charme, déco très soignée et chic, restaurant délicieux, personnel attentionné, les bains extérieurs et les massages sont à essayer absolument! Privilégiez une chambre avec un balcon vue sud, le spectacle est époustouflant! Le seul bémol: chambre assez petite même si conforme aux photos et espaces de rangement limités.

Le personnel est particulièrement attentif et prévenant. Le cadre est splendide avec une superbe vue sur la montagne environnante. Le buffet de petit-déjeuner était également excellent. Il y a eu un problème avec les bains chauds extérieurs, ils n’étaient que tièdes ce qui a rendu l’expérience peu agréable. Le personnel nous a alors offert un second passage le lendemain, les bains ayant été réparés, alors que nous logions hors de l’hôtel. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce geste et l’expérience du spa s’est révélée concluante. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment et avons adoré l'emplacement et la situation au calme, la qualité de l'accueil et du personnel qui est vraiment très souriant et professionnel, sans exception, ce qui est rare. La chambre est un peu petite (en surface) mais bien organisée et propre. Les mets servis au restaurant sont très goûteux et bien présentés, le spa est très agréable avec les bains nordiques et la vue à couper le souffle sur la vallée et les montagnes environnantes, sans parler du domaine skiable très sympa et les balades aux alentours. Nous avons passé trois jours magnifiques et reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe et à la gérante qui passe tous les jours voir les clients.

Cuisine très fine, inventive et délicieuse. Nous avons goûté à différents plats et les avons tous adorés. Petit bémol pour la décoration « design » déjà un peu datée malgré la jeunesse du lieu. Mais le goût de nos assiettes nous l’a très vite fait oubliée !

Bon hôtel très bien accueilli par un personnel souriant et à l’écoute du client. Très bon apéritif d’arrivée. Salle de cinéma très bien , très bonne idée d’avoir une XBOX pour les enfants. Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée, salle de bain bien équipée. Température de la chambre un peu fraîche…….

schöne Zimmer mit wunderbarer Aussicht talseitig. SPA und Hot-Pot angenehm. Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig mit regionalen Produkten. Service und Personal sehr freundlich. Restaurant sehr gehobene Klasse.
