An excellent value hotel - comfortable room (great shower), and spa facilities (jacuzzi, sauna, steam room etc) available for guests for free. A really excellent breakfast included, and very good restaurant attached. The management are super friendly and helpful - we stayed 2 nights, separated by a week in which we went off ski touring and they kept our stuff for us no problem.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal für Skifahrer. Leider war das Personal saisonmüde und zum Teil genervt. Insbesondere die Empfangsdame war alles andere als freundliche und hilfsbereit. Die Gäste wurden zum Teil belehrend zurechtgewiesen. Die Zimmer sind minimal ausgestattet und in die Jahre gekommen. Auch das Wellness verspricht mehr als es bietet.

L’hôtel est très bien situé au pied des pistes, à côté du téléphérique dans le village dé Grimentz. Très bon service hôtelier et bonne table. Beaucoup de points positifs mais il y a un gros problème c’est le bruit l’après-midi avec une musique hyper bruyante sur la terrasse devant l’hôtel. Impossible de se reposer un moment en rentrant de ski c’est dommage pour nous qui aimons le calme.

Nous ne sommes pas à notre premier séjour dans cet hôtel. L'emplacement est idéal, la cuisine excellente, le personnel souriant et au petit soin, la patronne et le patron très sympathique, l'après-ski sur la terrasse très cool et l'espace Wellness est un plus et encore mieux avec le système sur réservation.

2nd year staying in this hotel and really no complaints. Thanks to the boss who parked my car in that impossible garage, and the fact I could leave it until the evening I checked out. Greatly appreciated. The restaurant would have been excellent but for the fact that although I was a guest of the hotel and I booked for 7pm for 15 people and we were the first in the restaurant, we were the last to get served. We were given the wine list first, a mistake, then had to ask for the menu. Waited 1 1/2 hours for the food, which was a bit trying with 8 small children. They behaved themselves enormously though, and the food was excellent. Thoroughly recommend it, just don’t get the wine card first! Will be going back next year. My 36th year in Grimentz!

+ Excellent emplacement, au pied des pistes, supermarché à proximité + Très bon accueil + Chambres confortables + Draps et salle de bains propres - Verres jetables emballés dans du plastique dans la chambre et la salle de bains - Parking gratuit pas accessible aux grandes voitures ou avec coffre sur le toit. Très peu de places à l'extérieur (parking public payant pas loin)
