An excellent value hotel - comfortable room (great shower), and spa facilities (jacuzzi, sauna, steam room etc) available for guests for free. A really excellent breakfast included, and very good restaurant attached. The management are super friendly and helpful - we stayed 2 nights, separated by a week in which we went off ski touring and they kept our stuff for us no problem.

The location of the hotel is ideal for skiers. Unfortunately, the staff were tired of the season and sometimes annoyed. The receptionist in particular was anything but friendly and helpful. Some of the guests were reprimanded in a didactic manner. The rooms are minimally equipped and are showing their age. The wellness area also promises more than it delivers.

The hotel is very well located at the foot of the slopes, next to the cable car in the village of Grimentz. Very good hotel service and good food. Lots of positive points but there is a big problem: the noise in the afternoon with super loud music on the terrace in front of the hotel. Impossible to rest for a moment after returning from skiing, which is a shame for us who like peace and quiet.

This is not our first stay at this hotel. The location is ideal, the food excellent, the staff smiling and attentive, the owner very friendly, the après-ski on the terrace very cool and the Wellness area is a plus and even better with the system upon reservation.

2nd year staying in this hotel and really no complaints. Thanks to the boss who parked my car in that impossible garage, and the fact I could leave it until the evening I checked out. Greatly appreciated. The restaurant would have been excellent but for the fact that although I was a guest of the hotel and I booked for 7pm for 15 people and we were the first in the restaurant, we were the last to get served. We were given the wine list first, a mistake, then had to ask for the menu. Waited 1 1/2 hours for the food, which was a bit trying with 8 small children. They behaved themselves enormously though, and the food was excellent. Thoroughly recommend it, just don’t get the wine card first! Will be going back next year. My 36th year in Grimentz!

+ Excellent location, at the foot of the slopes, supermarket nearby + Very warm welcome + Comfortable rooms + Clean sheets and bathroom - Disposable glasses wrapped in plastic in the room and bathroom - Free parking not accessible to large cars or with roof box. Very few places outside (paid public parking not far away)
