The room is very old and the facilities are poor. The toilet and shower facilities are very old, the table is very small, and the details of hygiene need to be strengthened. Parking is ample and free.

Nice hotel but terrible location. The cathedral facing seems to be the meeting place for the local drunks. The noise was terrible and the police were called on all 3 nights. Such a shames as the hotel and staff were lovely

Room was ok . Very warm day . Windows in room wound only open about 3 inch’s . No air conditioning! . Room got to hot to stay in so left after 1 hour . Ruined my evening completely. Had to return home . Would really like a refund . Overpriced for what it is .

Stayed here for a two day break in Grimsby cannot fault the staff and the breakfast buffet and ev meals was fantastic thank you to all it's right in the location of town centre shops and has some parking can't fault stay here will stay here again

I must say that Dan on reception went above and beyond what could have been expected. I will recommend the hotel purely because of him! 5 Stars It is nice to see/hear people who want to help rather than they have too. Went above and beyond for any help that was asked for and printed out directions to our nearby appoin**ents

Stayed in the hotel while travelling for work. Very helpful staff, especially Stacey who was more than happy to help and looked after us really well in the evenings, A credit to the hotel. Clean and tidy rooms which were well maintained throughout the stay
