The hotel is conveniently located near the ******. All the hotel staff was friendly. The room was clean and we enjoyed our stay. We took advantage of the breakfast. It was nice to have the option of the buffet or sit down. I would stay here again!

I am terribly with names but the young lady that checked us in was so sweet and so professional. And the bartender was amazing she was friendly, fun and very helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable.

The North Stonington Lions Club meets monthly from January - May, and September - November at the Hilton Garden Inn in Preston, Connecticut. The staff willingly meets our needs for what is necessary for our dinner meeting. They always accommodate our wishes, such as when we want to be served our dinner. Our server, Eileen, is efficient, courteous, friendly, and deals with approximately 25 people calmly and quickly. When we arrive for our meetings, the tables are set, water poured and Eileen is ready to take our drink orders. We have been very pleased with the menu selections that the chef offers us each month. The food is delicious! I have found working with Chad Eaton a pleasant experience. He deals kindly with our last minute changes regarding number of attendees. My girlfriend in I stayed at the hotel for three nights. Upon arrival we were given the option to choose between a room on the 2nd or 4th floor. Unbeknownst to us there was a cheerleader convention in town. They were in the range of 12-14 and ran a mock on our floor, being loud and randomly knocking on our door throughout the day. We found out two hours into our stay that this was a known issue and other visitors who were previously on the 2nd floor had requested to have their rooms moved and were moved to the fourth floor. The fact that this issue was known before the option was provided to me to choose a floor and no mention of the issue was made to me is terrible. Nor did we receive any offer to correct this issue, through a discount , reimbursement or etc. We planned on having have fun out of town experience, instead we had to deal with unruly teens disturbing residents throughout the day
