Bellissimo Hotel, Trademark by Wyndham Near Foxwoods Casino

My husband and I recently stay at the Bellissimo Grande Hotel, and we were both very pleased with all the improvements ( we had stopped staying there a couple of years back due to noise, cleanliness, equipment not working, like room door not locking). It was a very pleasant and quiet stay. The front desk was extremely helpful to us and very nice. Our only complaint was it appeared that a homeless couple were sleeping in the parking lot in their car - a white Subaru, with many dents. It also appeared that they were doing illegal things in the car. My husband I and liked to take a walk around the property after dinner, and one of the times during our walk, we were followed - so we felt unsafe and returned to our room. Other then that, it was a great stay, and we look forward to staying again in a few weeks.

Great front desk staff and coffee bar

I stay at the presidential suite on 3/22/24 jacuzzi or hot tub was dirty found nut shells in it.i wish they built the presidential suite on the top floor they had animals running around all night.

Had a problem with a leak from room above. Staff was very nice

Our room got cancelled at the ****** so we ended up here. And I loved it!! The bath was nice and the bed was super comfy

The staff was very friendly. I spoke with about 5 employees during my 2 night stay and they were so helpful. Kind and seemed like they were actually happy to help you. Which is hard to find these days. The hotel itself was great. The bed was comfortable. The hot tub in the bathroom was great. We even had a tv in the bathroom. I overall enjoyed my stay.

People were loud and fighting after quiet hours!! Could not get to sleep until 5am!!
