Kamers zijn extreem klein en verschrikkelijk gehorig. De bedden zijn slecht en vooral kussens bezorgen nekkrampen. De badkamer is een aanfluiting. Zeer kleine plastic cabine, alsof je op een boot zit. Locatie van het hotel is prima in centrum. Ontbijt was prima.

Hotel is located in the centre of Groningen, in an old building. Rooms are small, with old, worn out carpet and not so comfortable beds. No real comfort in the rooms. There is a nice restaurant/bar downstairs (good food, friendly staff, nice interior), and also breakfast is ok.

Fijn restaurant. Kamer was heel klein en er zat een barst in het raam die met tape geplakt was. Badkamer was heel klein en een beetje ouderwets. Het bed was ook heel

Disappointed. We paid 260 euros for 2 nights, breakfast included. What we got was a very small room that was rather cold, and a very small bathroom. Almost no room to open a suitcase or pass between bed and desk. No opportunity to make tea in our room until we asked. Not coming here again.

The location is very nice, close to the heart of the city. The restaurant is excellent , providing great food and a cozy and comfortable ambiance. Bu the hotel features terrible night service. Not only does reception not pick up the phones if called from the rooms, they also prove to be unhelpful with any issues or requests.
