Decent sized room with everything you need, comfortable bed and a lovely view out of the window across Groningen centre. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is not near the train station but quite a walking distance from the old town. There’s a bus stop nearby if you’re too lazy to walk, but it’s about 2km to the Groningen Train Station. We tried to walk in the morning to take pictures and enjoy the scenery, and it’s not that far (but can be the case when you have to lug your large luggage). There’s no free champagne given, unlike the other branches, but the receptionist was friendly and offered tickets as a replacement, which we could claim either tea, coffee, or beer. It’s great to stay here even when it’s not as near to the train station as the Eindhoven one.

Great hotel close to the centre of Groningen. Particularly appreciated the social space and the table tennis tables! Rooms small and comfortable - we took one with a kitchen which was serviceable. Got a box of utensils and dishes from reception, which was OK, but not that flexible in contents. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to see family. Desk staff were helpful and pleasant - cleaning staff very responsive. Everyone was comfortable speaking English.

The facilities are new, the staff are friendly, and laundry, gym access, etc., are all free. Highly recommended! There's fruit and mint water available at the counter, and the sheets are changed daily.

The room was clean. The bathroom was also clean. It's within walking distance of tourist attractions. The staff are reliable and do their job well. There's a water dispenser, which is convenient.

The location is very convenient for commuting to the city and the university, with a bus stop nearby. The hotel has a unique design and access control. The breakfast was rich and the coffee was good.

Very good hotel, very close to the main street, the public area on the first floor is large, you can read, meet friends, work, the room design is reasonable, very comfortable to live in. The breakfast is very rich, the front desk service is also very enthusiastic. Recommend this hotel when visiting Groningen.

Great hotel! Very friendly staff. We could do our laundry for free which was a real godsend.

Not bad, but the city tax is not very accurate. I was charged 8 euros and the software showed that I had to pay 7.4 euros.
