Adults Only, Hideaway at Royalton Saint Lucia Resort

Both elevators are out and we are on the top floor. No king beds available so we were put in double queen. Water doesn't get cold in the in room fridge. Rooms won't cool down enough. Floors and hallways are dirty. No chardonnay on property. Closest restaurant is restricted to diamond club for breakfast. Can hear music from bars blaring at bed time.

My wife and I stayed in a Swim-Out Suite at the Hideaway for our honeymoon. Nikita and Ferna were our butlers and they were nothing short of PHENOMINAL! They both went above and beyond to make sure we had an exceptional honeymoon stay. They both took care of all of our planning needs while there. Everything from dinner reservations, excursions and cabana reservations to simply ordering Pina Coladas from our Swim-Out Suite. They even had a few thoughtful surprises for us as a celebratory congrats to our marriage. The property was beautiful and well maintained. As Diamond Club members, we had access to the entire property. Everywhere we went the staff was friendly and very accommodating. There are activities and entertainment throughout the day and night. There are several pools for guests. All of which are well-maintained. There are several restaurants on site as well including a buffet which has a huge variety of food choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our favorite was Zen, which is a Hibachi style Japanese restaurant. We also reserved a private romantic dinner on the beach. The service for the beach dinner was top notch. Our servers Sacha and Rochelle were personable and professional. They took there time to make sure our beach dinner was most memorable. Saint Lucia is a beautiful island. The Royalton was nice and clean. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. Every night they had some sort of entertainment which was good and my husband was able to watch the NBA playoffs at the sports bar. The only reason why I would not give it 5 stars is because of two things. First people get up at 5:30/6 am to get a spot at the pool. They leave their towels and go back to the room and so when you come down around noon you are not sure if the limited seating is available. Absolutely ridiculous. Second, the bathroom is open to the bedroom so you do not have any privacy. The only privacy you get is in the toilet room. Otherwise, you are open to everything. Even if you are in the room with your family everyone wants privacy. The curtains in the room do not close all the way. Make sure men have at least one collar shirt in order to get into the restaurants.

We love Sam so much from the vibe team. Our trip would not be the same without her she kept the vibes up all week!!! All the bartenders were so awesome at the hideaway especially Janiel, Johnny, Brendon, and Stephen. Veejay was a great time too!! We enjoyed the lunch by the pool made by Emily everyday.

I enjoyed this spectacular place with my family on my vacation. The rooms were clean, comfortable, with a wonderful view. We enjoyed the beach with its pleasant climate. The food was super delicious, varied, and the service was excellent. We really liked it, especially the attention. , the cleanliness, the comforts, the varied enjoyment options. I will repeat my next vacation in this beautiful place

I never stayed at a large resort, this was a first. I wasn't prepared for the loud music playing til 11pm. So the sound app on my phone came in handy. Other than that, everything else was pretty much perfect. Food was good especially at the hideaway seafood restaurant (forgot the name). I had the steak and it was delicious 😋. We sat beach side all 3 days...this was not a problem at all bc we were there for the beach! however if you didn't get down to the pool by 7:30am to claim your chair then you were too late! Room was fine, nothing spectacular, clean and room fridge restocked daily.

We married on the beautiful island of St Lucia 36yrs ago. Finally we have returned, all our excursions were booked with Jefferson and his competan driver Wendell. They gave us a fantastic experience, lots of information, travelling through local villages, stopping at special photo opportunities. We highly recommend a trip with Jefferson @ Royal Star excursions 🥰

Staff was amazing and friendly. Check in and out were easy. Lots of options for food/bars entertainment. Food was fine. Hibachi and gratzi were the best options. Service was slow at times. But everything else was great! Pool, water/beach.
