Just returned from an amazing stay at the Hideaway at Royalton St Lucia. I am a member of another all inclusive resort chain, which doesn’t have any properties on St Lucia, so I decided to give Royalton a try. It was my husband’s 50th birthday gift and I wanted it to be memorable. Well, Royalton exceeded all of my expectations, starting with the warm welcome and easy check in. I upgraded to diamond club, which came with two butlers, Gessler and Fabian, both were amazing! They were professional, attentive and extremely helpful assisting with the many activities I had planned for my husband’s birthday. I also would like to acknowledge Keisha D. from Guest Services, who was in constant contact with me for weeks prior to our arrival, making sure that all of my wishes were fulfilled.
We had breathtaking view from room 1404. The sound of the waves crashing outside of our balcony was very soothing. The property offered multiple pools with and without activities, which was nice. The grounds were immaculate and well maintained. The staff was always smiling and friendly when walking throughout the resort.
I was always hesitant to stay at a resort that allowed children, but I must say, Royalton does it well. There are areas throughout the resort for children to enjoy and when they were around adults, they were accompanied by their parents. The Hideaway side, is truly a hideaway. It’s on the quiet side of the property with beach access, beach bar and restaurant, very romantic!

Incredible service delivered by your staff. Your Spa team is exceptional especially Sephra or Seffra who met every need during my spa treatment. The Grazie wait staff as well as kitchen team were all very caring making sure our dinner was satisfying. Bianca and Jamal are brilliant!

Best fourteen-day birthday expedience at the beach. Raymond, Lance, Roxanne and Brendon are now apart of our family. These are the most loving, understand, kind-hearted people on the planet. I have traveled extensively all around the world and when i return to the Royalton hideaway it is like coming home. taking the helicopter from the airport to the hotel adds to the beginning of our beautiful adventure. The pampering from the housekeeping staff, the activities personnel, the spa treatments, the wait staff, and your future friends you will soon call family. thank you for everything. I wanna say to Ferguson thank you for giving Raymond this opportunity it was a pleasure meeting you. Victor thank you for breaking the ice and introducing yourself to us and assisting us in feeing like we mattered no matter the concern. Keitha Iast but not least thank you for all the follow-up and assistance with our future adventures. Can not wait to see everyone at the next family reuion. I know we are not biologically connected but you all will be considered family to Jim and Consandra.

Long journey from the airport and like a lot of resorts the sun beds go early, that aside it’s perfect. Brilliant staff who are super friendly, great entertainment and premium drinks available 24-7. The food at the restaurants is decent and I would 100% come again

First time in St Lucia and can’t fault the hotel. Huge room, lovely grounds, staff were amazing and so friendly, even more so if you make the effort to talk to them rather than just ask for drinks etc. Lady that kept our room spotless (3202-Chanel I think) was lovely. Nakim, who worked in the Aquarius bar is a gem and deserves to go far as he is a super intelligent guy who’s customer skills made him stand out. The Aquarius bar is a haven in the evening and puts on some quality entertainment. Guy on the keyboard was fab. The beach is nice, not huge but decent for a stroll and a dip in the sea. Loads of fish to see snorkelling. We went to Reduit beach by taxi and that was lovely for swimming. We walked to Pigeon Point not realising it was gated. It opened at 9 am and you pay to get in. Food was great, really great and I miss it. If you go to this hotel and you’ve never been to the island, make sure you get out. It is a stunning island. A trip to the Pitons on a catamaran was a high point. We saw a humpback whale. I’m awarding 4 stars purely as it’s a long haul from the airport after a long flight in the dark. Though I enjoyed the return trip to the airport as we got to see more of the stunning island. Really hoping to come back!

It is NOT an adult only resort, but rather an adult only portion of a SHARED resort facility. There is only one adult only restaurant, one adult only pool, and a very small portion of the beach chair sections that are adult only (the beach itself is open for all at the resort, where the family buildings, which abut the adult only, outnumber the four adult-only buildings). We travelled as three sisters and were assigned a room with a King Size bed and a PULL OUT COUCH for the third person. With rooms with double beds this was just bad planning by the room manager. We thought this was very inappropriate for the price we paid since there is no discount to have three in a room, that we were expected to sleep on a pull out (very uncomfortable couch) and nothing in our room was set up for three (towels, bath robes, bar fridge etc.). We did hear many couples complaining about having two double beds so it made no sense to us at all. It took halfway into our week to get moved. The staff were amazing and friendly and lovely. Food was excellent. Experience was disappointing for the price we paid and high end adult-only we were offered and expected.
