Very clean, staff was friendly. Halls were quiet at night, didn't hear lots of noise from other rooms. Spacious rooms.
Blackout curtains were great for sleeping in. Good selection of breakfast foods.

Not as good as advertised by other reviews. First room had issues with a clogged toilet upon arrival. Was given another room that still had someone else's old food in the fridge. Room wasn't very clean, with evidence from old drinks as well. Shower made the whole bathroom wet. There's worse options I'm sure but this just wasn't good.

The evening front desk woman was friendly, professional.
Housekeeping were amazing and deserve great pay.
The morning front desk man was rude and unprofessional upon my check out, especially with him knowing i had stayed in a handicap accessible room and have trouble with walking and movement.
He was unprofessionally dressed in a hoodie and hat.
He did not represent your hotel well.
We take many trips and enjoy hotels, but will likely not return to this one.

This new hotel is very clean and smells so good! The king suite was very comfortable. The staff was responsive. Breakfast was above average. The location is close to everything.

Only complaint I got is I was told the pool was close. I was offered to go to the pool next door but it was also close. This hotel having a pool was one of the reasons I booked it. But other than that we'll worth the stay. Very friendly and helpful staff
