My husband and i stayed here to get a night away from the kids, we booked a king bed room, we were give a 2 queen bed room, which whatever it happens, there was skittles on the floor and the carpet was really dirty all the dresser drawers had crumbs in them ledges arpund t.v, bed, pictures and mirrors were very dusty, but the worst part of it was stripping the bed down before check out this morning to find a bedbug just chilling in the pillow case and discovering i had bites on my neck, we have stayed here before and had a good experience, this experience was disappointing, staff is friendly, but rooms are not clean

Both being smokers, my guest and I had decided to reserve here as a smoking room was available, per owners site. Yin arrival had to be told that there were no rooms available that allowed smoking. We knew it was to be a cold night and we're trying to avoid that. Highly disappointed.
