The hotel is not bad, but the waiter deducted the money again when checking out. A deposit of 100 US dollars was charged when checking in, and another 100 US dollars was charged when checking out. This is the most outrageous hotel I have ever encountered. It hasn't been dealt with yet.

It was a clean room and a super clean bathroom. The only thing is that the toilet was clogged:(
Admin send a worker right away and he solved the problem.We did not get any apology for the inconvenience.

Hair dryer was broken and try to ask for a replacement. Service desk reply was mo one is available, needs to check back tomorrow. Check in staff was not polite at all.

Best front desk staff ever. Shahara made it happen. After traveling and awake for over 24 hours, she got me an early check in....front desk is friendly, full of smiles and welcoming. Clean hotel, beds comfortable. She was also patient and great even when I was beginning to have a mini-meltdown. THANK you.
