I have been using your hotel for years to visit family. This last time was not so great. Not do to the staff or hotel but to the other guests on our floor. Both nights we were awakened by loud noise in the hallway. The last night was so bad that we found our door on the outside full of soon kind of liquid when we left in the morning. Young people were fighting or something in the hallway.

My room was 313 and the refrigerator wasn’t really clean, shower was duty, the kitchen was with little dust

Too much construction at this time. Wasn't impressed with breakfast. Room was comfortable, nice fitness area with washer and dryer

The manager & most of the staff work to satisfy their customers. I had a matter & they fixed it with out any hesitation.
Service was excellent. My family enjoyed the breakfast. Rooms were clean.
