這家酒店在車臣算最好的了，酒店的早餐不錯，酒店的工作人員友好，但是同樣的房型就算你不吃早餐，入住兩個人你必須下單兩個人的早餐😄，不然酒店會叫你補費用。
打掃房間衞生的有一個姐姐非常好，但是另一個姐姐態度非常惡劣，叫她吸一次地毯，她都不願意，還擺臉色。

26.01.24 в 8:30 утра позвонили в рум сервис, чтобы заказать кофе, трубку никто не брал. Звонили в лобби бар, сказали нам чтобы сами спускались и забрали кофе. На ресепшене сотрудник по имени Рамзан, крича нам в трубку орал что у нас в номере есть растворимый кофе чтобы мы его пили или сами спустились в лобби за кофе! Рум сервис, как заявлено вообще не работает у них!! Когда мы спустились чтобы разобраться в ситуации, сотрудник ресепшена Рамзан, чуть не выбежал из за ресепшена чтобы ударить нас, настолько он орал!! Я в шоке с их заявленных 5 звёзд! Вид красивый но в номере волосная везде чья-то и пыль!!!! Самый не гостеприимный народ после кабардинцев!!! Самый грубый персонал, который мне только доводилось видеть!

Посетив Грозный на выходные, чтобы навестить друзей и посмотреть достопримечательности, мы выбрали Грозный Сити - отель с традиционно безупречной репутацией. Удивление наше было велико, когда мы встретили Полину, на данный момент главного менеджера отеля. Много лет назад (более 10) она приветствовала нас в Ritz-Carlton в Москве, а затем руководила клубным этажом Radisson Royal там же. Сервис всегда был изысканным, желания предугадывали и предвосхищали, хотелось возвращаться. И сейчас - судьбоносное совпадение, свидетельствующее о высоких стандартах владельцев собственности при выборе менеджеров С level. Это прекрасное чувство приезжать в место, где гарантирован высокий уровень сервиса, качества и вкуса. Однако, касательно инфраструктуры отеля, есть несколько замечаний - явно требуется реновация некоторых деталей и выравнивание стилевых решений и концепций. Уверены, Полина приведет все в порядок, и Грозный Сити станет отечественной Jumeirah или Waldorf Astoria, с великолепной кухней, сантехникой, парфюмерией, состоянием ковров и всей инфраструктуры. Обратили внимание на персонал - все сотрудники добрые, вежливые, с чистыми сердцами. Это было приятно. Ну и желаем Полине удачи на новом месте и надеемся, что отель будет сиять всеми красками и теплом.

Огромное спасибо сотрудникам. Приветливый персонал. Огромное спасибо Рамзану, начальнику мужского спа, мы с сестрами опаздывали на рейс, он как мужчина позвонил в аэропорт, договорился о том чтобы нас провели без очереди в вип, проводил нас в аэропорт, уточнил все ли в порядке. Большая ему благодарность. Также хотелось отметить службу менеджеров, так как ночью гость вел себя не адекватно не давал спать, мужчины успокоили его после нашего звонка, а на утро в их сопровождение он принёс свои извинения. Девочки горничные большие умнички, всегда с заботой и теплом интересовались все ли хорошо, поддерживали наш номер в чистоте и заботе. Спасибо всем огромное, за такую отзывчивость, безумно благодарны.

Отель в центре Грозного. Номера просторные, оборудованы всем необходимым. На последнем этаже ресторан Купол - рекомендую посетить вечером: вкусная еда и прекрасный вид. Завтраки замечательные, хороший ассортимент стандартных блюд, фреши, фрукты. Выселение-заселение быстрое. Один балл убрал из-за отсутствие программы лояльности. В название отеля входит Cosmos, однако статусным участникам программы не предоставляют апгрейд номера при незаполненном отеле.
