Atención pésima. No recomiendo para nada este hotel. Tuve un problema con la entrega de la ropa de la lavandería. Dos recepcionistas me aseguraron después de yo preguntar ,que si dejaba la ropa por la mañana el mismo día por la tarde me la entregaban. Yo la dejé el jueves a las 7:30 de la mañana y por la noche no la tenían. Yo tenía que marcharme el viernes por la mañana. Reclame esta ropa en recepción de nuevo a las 7:30 del viernes a una señora que desde el principio de la conversación se mostraba altanera y prepotente a parte de otros adjetivos que no vienen al caso. Su respuesta fue que ya me avisaron que era mínimo 24h. Totalmente mentira . Si me llegan a decir eso no hubiera dejado la ropa y aparte pasaron más de 24 h y tampoco la tenían. La ropa la tuvieron el viernes al medio día . 12:30 más o menos. Cuando yo le dije que ni 24 h ella me dijo que no la había dejado a las 7:30 . Mentirosa *********. Tiene una cámara de grabación para comprobarlo le contesté. Es la hora que salía cada día al trabajo. Pedí la hoja de reclamaciones y estoy en ello. Aunque tenga que perder días de mi tiempo por la injusticia y el descaro de esta gente voy adelante. Hay hoteles en esa zona donde el trato es fabuloso como lo normal en la zona. No es necesario arriesgar en hoteles así y encima con estrellas extra

Solo fue un par de días pero me quedé con ganas de más, nunca había descansado en un hotel así de bien, poco ruido y todo muy limpio el desayuno fenomenal, hotel ideal para una escapada y visitar la ciudad, el personal muy agradable y siempre con una sonrisa,

La ubicación es magnífica, con fácil aparcamiento al lado mismo del hotel y la comisaría de policía nacional, cercano al centro y con muy buen acceso para entrar y salir de la ciudad. Hotel muy bonito, actual, habitaciones cómodas, salvo las almohadas; buen desayuno buffet. Personal amable, salvo recepcionista de tarde un poco seco y sin dar ninguna información en el check in. Relación calidad-precio un poco subido el segundo.

Hotel bien situado pero aunque sabíamos que la entrada era a las 15 horas, suponíamos que nos darían alojamiento a las 13 horas como pasa en muchos otros hoteles cuando no están llenos, como era este caso. No fue así y además de eso no tienen ni cafetería ni nada parecido dónde esperar, y lo más cercano está a más de 300 metros con una ciudad a 38 grados….
