The poor service and training of your staff, people who are responsible do not know how to use your own system. The hotel was very close to the hotel, and the hotel was very close to the hotel. The shower manager told me there were no rooms and ”obtained” a room in another hotel I had to pay again. . After this they were already over 12:45, i.e., I lost one hour of rest because the hotel manager did not ”find” my reservation in his system and made me go to another hotel to waste time. I will never stay in hotels in this chain, I really regret that they have so low their quality of service.

I spent 5 nights in this hotel. It is my second stay. I like the hotel because it feels like a local experience, without any questions about cleanliness etc. it is a beautiful little hotel with fair prices. My flight was delayed by one day, and they did not charge me for the day I missed, which I much appreciated. The breakfast is very ample, with a quality of coffee that far surpasses upscale American hotel chains. The lobby is a good place to work, and the staff especially Sarai were very helpful to me. They all can communicate in either Spanish or English. The only thing I don’t like is that there are no good places to walk nearby,, but this is true of much of Guadalajara. This is known by locales to be a safer area than downtown, but check with the staff as to where and when you should walk, especially at night.

The hotel is in a good section of Guadalajara across from Expo, near Plaza Del Sol, and central to most parts of the city. My room was large, modern, and very comfortable with a large bathroom as well. The only complaint I have is that the rooms are handicapped designed but the toilet is real low with no grab bars. It would be real difficult, if not nearly impossible, for a person in a wheelchair to use it. And, the toilet is so low that parts of the male anatomy actually touch the water. As for breakfast, there is a really nice buffet. There was the usual American fare with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, bread for toast, muffins, and more. Mexican food was abundant with chicken in mole sauce, Milanese res, a pork dish, and several more. Add in cereals, fruit, yogurts, salads, and fresh squeezed juices. And, it was all very good. I would stay here again the next time I return to Guadalajara.

I highly recommend this hotel. Francisco was so helpful. He drove us to a car rental, did all the translation, helped negotiate a great price and refused any tip. Truly hospitable. The hotel itself was fantastic in every way. The in- house restaurant was excellent. The room was huge, pristine clean and full of first class ammenities, just like the name FCH (First class Hotel) implies. This was a real treat.
