Todo muy bien muchas gracias. Muy conveniente para mi la locación del Hotel puesto que iba a unos asuntos personales a dos manzanas de ahí. El personal muy amable. El Hotel limpio. La cafetería/Rest también conveniente. Muchas gracias por sus atenciones y servicios

Las camas super cómodas, todo super limpio, todo queda cerca, tienen una cafetería increíble con cosas de gran calidad, Super precios, super servicio, calidad precio, tiene todo, lo amé! Se los recomiendo en su estancia en Guadalajara o simplemente para pasar un buen fin de semana de relax. 100 de 10

El hotel, NO se encuentra en la Av. Chapultepec, sino a unas 10 cuadras de ese lugar... en otra zona (algo fea).
A las 11:59 a. m. en punto "me invitaron" a dejar la habitación del hotel... (no es agradable la invitación)

Hotel located in the middle of an old neighborhood with only a convenient store available a few blocks away; did not feel safe at night in this area. Multiple taxi drivers had difficulty finding the hotel. Small coffee shop downstairs but both days I was there it was closed. On second day internet failed...Next day after check-in, my bank contacted me to tell me there was a fraud attempt against my credit card. While I can't say with certainty the hotel is responsible, here are the facts: 1) fraud attempt was made by someone in Mexico; 2) I had not used my credit card in Mexico for over a month; 3) the fraud attempt happened immediately the next morning after checking-in to this hotel...Needless to say, I will not be staying at this hotel again!
