入住進衞生間，馬桶裏竟然有一坨屎沒沖，不知道這房間的衞生怎麼在打掃的？浴巾黑黑的。窗不密封，－整晚都是外面的吵吵鬧聲。門僮特別壞，讓他幫忙叫的士，竟然叫長期有勾結的黑的士，不打表，宰客。千萬不要再入住這家酒店

Muy limpio, pero las almohadas olían mal, atención de personal excelente, céntrico, instalaciones cómodas, pero en esta ocasión el wifi no funcionó y la habitación resultó muy ruidosa debido a equipo contiguo

It was noisy with kids running around adults talking loud an laughing. We also asked for a blanket were told no blanket available but could send extra sheets, we said yes please. After an hour called again and they said will take them right away. For whatever reason they never made it to room. Need NEW towels too. Towels are very rough and look brown instead of white. They are gross. Had to go and by me towels cuz couldn’t get ourselves to use there’s.
