3 Things to improve:
-Bigger bottles of water in the room or 2 more bottles.
-Faster room service and Bar service.
-Better lightning in pool area.

Poor service, they lost our suitcases for about 2 hours, the shower leaks in room 932. We were never able to connect to the Wi-Fi, hair in the bathroom, poor cleaning. The restaurant and the waiters very well at breakfast.

EXCELLENT experience for my first stay at this hotel. I have been to the center and restaurants many times, but never stayed at the hotel before. OUTSTANDING service, very quick check-in, automatic upgrade and beautiful common areas, especially the bar area. Just wonderful!
