Facilities: The water smells like medicine, the faucet is broken, the basin does not drain smoothly, the window sound insulation is poor, and the bed sheets are old. The only good thing is that the water flow is very large and the bath is comfortable.

great hotel, good location. grounds are well kept, rooms are spacious enough. beds might be a little work (ours had a noticeable center sag) however just a minor inconvenience. This hotel is well located in that the beach and the marina are each a 10 min walk.

The Bell boy service was excellent. I like how close it was to the cathedral. There were a lot of sightseeing oportunities within walking distance from the hotel. The bathroom was very small.
