El hotel es muy viejo en sus instalaciones, el personal tiene un trato muy malo a excepción del personal de el restaurante (meseros).
La habitación es muy vieja y los colchones están muy viejos he incómodos.
El baño lo encontramos sucio con pelo en la tasa de baño (wc). En general muy mala experiencia. La única ventaja de ese hotel es la ubicación.

me gustó lo céntrico que está el hotel y la atención del personal , pero ya le falta mejorar las condiciones del la propiedad por ejemplo las puertas rechinan , el agua no sale caliente , l la tele está muy chica y viejita etc. todo lo demás bien

O liked the location is in a safe place with easy access.
The hotel is updated needs urgent remodeling, the bath towels are old, the bathroom is uncomfortable, the toilet is 10 cm from the mirror and vanity. The food quality is poor, I tried room service, they suggested a steak asked for medium rare it looked like ****y, I could not eat that, the breakfast buffet same thing, low in options, the tamales dry, I did not like it at all.

El.servivio a mi llegada no fue bueno, fui a mi habitación sin la compañía del personal me enviaron sola caminando a una habitación muy alejada y con olor a humedad no me gustó y pedí el cambio, si me la cambiaron pero no nos gustó el servicio del.bano muy incómodo
