El personal fue muy amable, sin embargo el hotel requiere mejorias, ya es evidente que tiene años sin una remodelacion profunda. En una de las noches en las que me hospede sucedieron un par de cosas extrañas y un poco paranormales pude ver a un hombre caminando en mi habitación, en el piso 19 por la madrugada, posteriormente escuche gritos y llantos no se si era de un piso abajo o arriba, todo fue muy extraño, no se si otras personas ya saben de este tipo de cosas que suceden en este hotel.

THis property is old, the rooms are old, carpet looks dirty and old. The sink did not have a sink stopper. The tub was old and had scale stains and the stopper wouldnt work.
On the other hand, the service and the food were amazing.

This property is very out dated already, staff was amazing but due to property condition I do not think I will stay here again.
