An old-fashioned hotel in the city center, very emotional. It is next to the Santa Maria Church, the oldest church in the city, and the steeple of the church can be seen from the balcony of the room. Excellent value for money. The service attitude is also very good. The only downside is that the facilities in the room are slightly backward, the drainage of the washbasin is not good, and the hot water regulation is not very smooth.

El personal es muy amable, el lugar tiene una decoración muy linda.
En el restaurante pedí caldo tlalpeño y estaba absolutamente incomible. Los frijolitos del desayuno merecen un reconocimiento. Estaban buenísimos.
La regadera del baño estaba mal pegada y salía poca agua. Se desprendió y fue reparada de inmediato. Después de la reparación, salía más agua que antes. Recomiendo que pongan mejores regaderas.
En general es un hotel sumamente recomendable, con muy buenos colchones. Hay silencio y se puede descansar muy bien aún estando en la zona centro.
Tiene sus detallitos a mejorar, pero es un hotel estupendo, muy recomendable. Sin duda, volveré a hospedarme ahí.

Excelente experiencia. Si vas a conocer los monumentos, sitios históricos, mercados y centros joyeros...este hotel es excelente por su ubicación. De noche es recomendable volver en taxi (UBER), pero no hay problema. Muy bello y cómodo. El personal se portó excelente.

Great location right next to Teatro degollado. Clean, great service from staff and good restaurant on sight. The best part of the place is the terrace. Spend time enjoying the sun set on the roof terrace with the view of the cathedral dome. The bathrooms are outdated especially the towels but still a great deal for the price. It’s becoming my go to hotel I. Guadalajara.

The hotel is located within distance of the cathedral and surrounding areas. That makes it very convenient. The hotel is on a street close enough but private enough from all the noise. It is very clean, staff very friendly and quiet so you can get a good night sleep after being out site seeing all day. We will definitely stay here again.
