The hotel is older but definitely a clean and quiet place to stay. However, we called for assistance at the front desk and they never showed up. Late check out is pricey and they still called to ask why my stuff was in the room. Needs better organization and service.

Very good service, very helpful staff, very small restaurant but delicious breakfasts and good prices. Recommended, only the TV control did not work and we were never able to watch television

Excellent location, service and cleanliness. In the room I stayed in you had to get up to the door to turn off the light, except for that, everything was very good

Room was quiet, bed was comfortable, staff were helpful, location suited us. Hotel itself is run down and needs a complete renovation.

Bathroom in King size room is very outdated. The railings and glass fencing either needed to be cleaned or they are outdated. Property looks old, some folks like that, but not me.

Staff not cooperating with plumbing problems and they gave us the worst room in the building, I’m assuming because ******* customers get reduced price. They finally moved us to a different room not too far From the other. Also “retaining” our credit card so we paid cash and they run the credit card anyway and will not reverse it. They offered cash back, but we were back in USA.

This was a very pleasant stay. I highly recomend this hotel I would stay there again. The area around was very safe and pretty. The hotel staff was quite friendly and super attentive at all times. It was beautiful around and the staff and service provided make my trip unforgettable. Thank you :)

poor accessibility from parking lot to the rooms. there is no ramps por luggage. the you have to lift them by your own. some rooms are in a very bad conditions, no hot water, towel very percussed and torn. in the page of *******. hotel looks different. of course much better. but in situ, there is a lot to do.

I was very well taken care of. I requested a quiet room and was given one no questions asked

The location and size of suites are very good. Lobby personal needs to give better service. Maintenance of property looks poor. Outside of building looks terrible. Shower faucets were not working properly. Management needs to pay attention to details. Next time I go to this property if it looks the same it might be the last time.

A little out dated I would not give it more than 2.5 stars. Towels don’t appear clean. Instead of white the look grayish
