I DID NOT LIKE THE SERVICE OF THIS AGENCY, SINCE I WAS ASKED TO PAY FOR THE APP TO BOOK, THEY EVEN GAVE ME A PAYMENT VOUCHER, WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN AT THE TIME OF MY CHECK IN. THE HOTEL TOLD ME THAT MY RESERVATION WAS MADE BUT NO PAYMENT WAS REFLECTED TO THEM

Marca que tienen trasporte del hotel al aeropuerto y del Aeropuerto al hotel y a mi me negaron ese servicio. La habitación muy pequeña y con la ventana al estacionamiento de camiones de otra empresa por lo tanto no se podía tener abierta para la luz de día por qué no hay privacidad.
