Good location, walking distance to attractions and eateries. Clean room with good WiFi. Shower took quite a while from cold to warm. About 30mins by uber from airport. Definitely will stay here again for its price and location.

Las habitaciones y las almohadas súper pequeñas e incómodas El servicio de tv de cable no funciona El peor wifi. El ruido de la calle y del elevador es espantoso Lo que tiene realmente increíble es la calidad de sus empleados siempre atentos y muy muy amables Podría recomendar a sus empleados para cualquier hotel de cadenas importantes porque son súper con los huéspedes

Sé que no es la primera vez que comento lo mismo sobre este hotel, y me da mucha tristeza ver cómo lo están dejando decaer, pero cada vez se encuentra en una peor situación. En esta ocasión me encontré con una habitación con humedad, con la pintura agrietada, manchas en las paredes y con mal olor en lo pasillos. El estacionamiento tiene arruinados muebles viejos, persiana y lo que parecía escombro, reduciendo aún más el espacio para maniobrar y dando una impresión de abandono. Eso sí, la atención del personal es excelente, de eso no puedo quejarme, al revés tratan de dar siempre la mejor impresión y de dar hacer que los huéspedes se sientan cómodos. Espero con ansia que este hotel vuelva a recuperar la atención al detalle que una vez tuvo.

De mal en peor. Me he quedado en este hotel en varias ocasiones, estoy seguro que esta será la última vez: el baño olía a humedad y el drenaje de la regadera estaba tapado, el recepcionista nos recibió sin cubrebocas y no había un valet parking que te ayudara a estacionarte en un estacionamiento pequeño e incómodo. Además, no hay restaurante, ellos dicen que por motivos del COVID, pero al llegar hay letreros de “clausurado” pegados en la puerta; lo que hace pensar otra cosa. Es una pena, el hotel tiene un gran potencial y los trabajadores son realmente amables, pero continúan descuidándolo cada vez más; y todos los detalles mencionados opacan el esfuerzo de quienes laboran ahí. Además el elevador no sirve en el sótano, lo que obliga a los propios trabajadores y a los huéspedes a cargar el equipaje en el tramo del lobby al estacionamiento, exponiendo a las personas a un accidente.

Reservamos habitación, llegamos y no había habitaciones con TV, dijimos.. sin problema lo que queremos es dormir.. nos dieron habitación y estaba ocupada! El hotel estaba muy sucio en pasillos y el elevador se atoran los botones Decidimos cancelar e irnos a otro hotel
