I was very disappointed for everything, the room wasn't very clean 😕and they didn't even clean the restroom i left some trash in purpose and it was there the whole weekend we were there, the towels are so old they don't even look like there were clean,so grey 😢😕😔 everything is so outdated it wasn't worth it!!definitely i won't recommend this place to anyone !! And we won't be back,the breakfast was ok.and the service was good but besides that everything was so terrible, the room has this bad odor even thought it was a nonsmoker but the whole time was this really bad smell i guess is because is so old ,the beds are really BAD,with the springs almos coming out it hurts we didn't have a good rest this hotel used to be one of the best but not anymore and why they don't let people know that there's two hotels with the same name??? To trick people into going !!! Thats really bad bad bad!!!definitely not a good 😕😒 experience! Even the hallways were not very clean, yikes!!

I stayed at the Aranzazu hotel last october. I love i'm Jilotepec, so my Friends and i visited Guadalajara, and it is an amazing cozy. I really love the hotel, the service was the most attentive. The only problem that it was that night it is alredy dangerous and noisy. It is My third time in Guadalajara but My first time at hotel, the Prince is very affordable and it is wort visiting. The recepción and cleaning staff we're friendly, and i would stay there again.

I liked the personal, the view was amazing. I didn't like that we ended up moving to another room because the lock didn't work and when we came back the door was fully open. Nothing gone but as we were to go out for dinner we noticed it was the lock. The place needs improvement and it has potential to be a 5* hotel
