the staff and hotel were very welcoming. room exceeded my needs. large suite with eating area, sitting area as well as a small kitchen with microwave and full size fridge. wifi was adequate as well the television. bed comfortable. many great restaurants within waling distance. check in is 3pm but I requested if 1pm was ok. no problem. I will return the next time I spend time in Guadalajara.

Showed up earlier then check in time to ask if we could check in earlier. And they told me no we don’t have any rooms available we are overbooked we have to take these walk ins to take in first. And I said if I come back at 3:00 pm my room will be ready right and because I got confirmation from ******* and the man said no there is no rooms available. And then he said if you want to drive two blocks away there is a hotel there they might have rooms but not sure. And now I can’t get a refund. It’s no my fault they over booked

La propiedad es vieja y un poco sucia. No hay A/C y las recámaras no tienen ventilación se vuelve un horno. Pedimos autorización para hacer 15 minutos check out tarde porque íbamos a caminar a un sitio antes y nos lo negaron (muy inflexibles). No me volvería a quedar ahí y jamás lo recomendaría.

Estuvimos muy agusto mi esposo y yo en nuestro pequeño departamento!! La cocineta estaba equipada y pudimos hacer varias desayunos. Y nuestro principal objetivo fue visitar a mi mamá, y es que la casa hogar donde se encuentra esta a 4 cuadras.

Es un hotel excelente acorde con la tarifa y lo que ofrece, muy tranquilo y con buena ubicación, el estacionamiento, las habitaciones y el servicio en general es muy bueno, limpio y con buen servicio por parte del personal que siempre me han atendido de lo mejor

me bien. Falto mejor atención. La comunicacion nos es fluiida del personal, por ejemplo no informan del servicio del restaurant del bar de algún recorrido en el interior. De como maniobrar la tarjeta para acceso al elevador y el cuarto asignado. Subí y baje varias veces hasta que no regrese y pregunte nuevamente pude hacerlo.

Somos clientes habituales de este hotel ya por varios años. Excelente atención del personal. Habitaciones limpias y hotel muy bien ubicado. Lo mejor es que es pet friendly. Siempre que vamos a Guadalajara es nuestra primera opción para hospedaje

Muy limpio el lugar, muy funcional la distribución del lugar, y la estufa, refri etc. Tiene lo necesario para los dias que estuvimos ahí. Los empleados muy amables. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí.
