There was hot water for the while stay. I called the phone number and was told there should be. I kept repeating there was no hot water and was ignored until after I checked out and they told me there is now hot water.

The place is beautiful and very clean. Only thing I felt it was missing was air conditioning. There is fans so it wasn’t too bad. I would definitely book a room here again.
