Everything was perfect but one whole day the room smelled like a drain, they didn't offer anything as a reward, they didn't change the room, the TV didn't work properly. We had already stayed but they disappointed us. We don't expect to return.

Was visiting a friend staying as a guest. Ordered drinks and food but was kicked out of the pool. We have been here many times for parties, and the place was great. They said we can eat and drink, but not use the pool. There is nobody here. I can't believe that we can buy food and drinks but not use the pool. I have recommended this place several times. However, NEVER again will I recommend this hotel. And we do have family visit from the states quite often. Imagine going to visit your family , who is staying for a week , and not being able to go in the pool with them. Ridiculous.

Terrible. I came to visit a friend who lives in the city, and it’s the reason we were here. The hotel looked cute online however… my friend who we traveled for went up to our room to have a convo after many years of catching up and they were trying to charge me! That’s insane as she lives here and wasn’t staying. Regardless of that, they said breakfast started at 7am which was 9am which complicated us trying to eat a meal before a tour. Also, the pictures oversell what the property actually looks like. I have stayed at better here in Guadalajara with m u c h better service, it’s not the worst but there is definitely better! Love the city, look for something awesome instead.

We stayed here for 2 nights while in Guadalajara for a tour. This hotel is in a nice part of town. It was particularly quiet when we stayed around Christmas. The restaurant at this hotel is great. Both room service and in-person dining was delicious with good service. There are a couple of improvements I think that could be made. One is that we only had one bath towel and one toilet paper roll in the room for a two night stay for two people. They should keep more stocked in the room, so guests don't have to go out looking for them. The second thing is that you have to have the key card in a slot in the room for the lights to work. This saves energy, but we only had 1 key card, so when we ran out of towels and toilet paper, my partner went down to go look for more, but had to leave me in the bathroom in complete dark while he did so. Not ideal. I'm disappointed we didn't have time to swim in the pool or use some of the other facilities due to lack of time, but they looked very nice. We visit Guadalajara at least once a year, so we plan on stopping by this hotel in the future. It seems like a great place for families, couples, or even business travelers.
