I booked 3 rooms , my room sink. Toilet and shower kept clogging. My hest friends rooms when they will trun on one of the fans the fan in the other room will turn on which it was weird since they stayed on opposite sides .. fyi you have to pay to use the pools and the jacuzzi eventhou its in the same property.. we had an okay experience. .. will not stay there again.

The hotel was nice from the outside and the inside of the rooms staff was nice. What I disliked unfortunately was the restroom from our room was dirty the water barely came out.One of our towels was smelly like humid. Also we could hear our neighbors clearly what they would talk and every time they would be upstairs it was super loud!

I made my reservation way ahead of time to celebrate my birthday. I specifically chose the superior suite with terrace because of the night views I wanted to enjoy from the terrace. My bus got delayed and I did my check in at around 10:00pm. I called ahead of time to make sure they were aware and they said everything was ready. Upon checking in at reception, they walk me to my room, and turns out to be that its a WAY SMALLER room, half the size of what I paid for. Not even a suite , and NO TERRACE. They sold my room to someone else even though the reservation was paid way on advance.
PS: They don't offer room service and there is no way of getting food around here after 9:00pm. I had to starve the whole night in the tiny room they gave me. Worst experience ever.
