優點:
房間很大，位置很好，酒店頂層有泳池，有温水池。酒店户外還有小童樂園和小動物，確實非常親子友好。
缺點:
早餐真是太難吃了……假期停車也非常困難。

酒店環境不錯，出門有個大公園，適合小朋友玩。距離大興野生動物園有幾公里，但需要過進京檢查，進京有點耗時

這一次入住完全打破了我對於福朋喜來登的好印象 去年上一次住福朋是萬寧神州半島 和這裏簡直天壤之別。這裏衞生極差 住宿條件都不及普通快捷酒店 要小童浴袍 説沒有了 衹有小童家庭房的才給有。原來 我們住豪華房就不配帶孩子來是嗎？一次性物品塑料袋裝的及其簡陋 毛衣都脱了線頭 早餐連基本的酸奶和咖啡也都沒有 麪包是省的 一咬掉渣！不吹不黑 和某豪 某爾頓差太多！還有 泳池沒有救生衣 我真是長了見識。這種破地方 絕對不會再來了 奉勸大家 一訂要慎重 花五星的錢 住的連快捷都不如！太差太差了！！！

酒店的服務人員，服務意識和服務質量就很不行。
要個被子和小童牙刷，第一次就挺慢的，還衹送了大人牙刷沒有被子，然後催促後給了 2 個牙刷但被子依然沒送，等了快 40min 再次催，告訴我沒有被子衹有被單，表達不滿後再次又等了 30min，打電話炸了説有啥送啥吧。。。
泳池的工作人員大概有 2，3 個吧，都在門口櫃枱 qiu 着，泳池內沒有工作人員更別説救生員了，雖然看娃是大人責任，但沒有救生員真是對的嗎。
餐廳丟了孩子手槍，第二天去找沒了，留了電話沒有任何回覆，有或者沒有，好歹説一聲。
早餐也是，服務員肉眼可見的少，人員態度比較冷漠，餐具沒有不會隨時換上。
整體上，服務最多 3 星了，硬件湊合，房間天花板有個一閃一閃的小燈大半夜會持續亮一會，大概 2 點多吧，不知道是什麼情況。總之，如果不是因為要去野生動物園，這個酒店絕對不會特意去住的。
但因為附近就這一家酒店，所以估計因為野生動物園，以後可能還得去住。
位置是好的，周邊餐廳也方便。室外小童還可以的，也有孔雀羊駝兔子啥的可以淺喂一下。
停車，酒店就地面大概十幾個車位吧，滿了就衹能去對面中心廣場的地下了。

房間和自助早餐實在是五星酒店裡拉胯的了。
108的早餐連咖啡都沒有，食材和種類乏善可陳，也就是快捷酒店的水平。。。這年頭住房還收按金也是不大氣。。。不會再來。服務人員沒問題，硬件設施不行。
